About Us
Our goal at the Law Office of Jeffrey Lampert is to serve clients by promoting their best interests with quality and effective legal representation. The role of an attorney involves more than navigating a client's position through the legal process. A lawyer must also communicate with a client in such a way as to provide guidance, counsel, and perspective for the client in what is typically a stressful experience under difficult circumstances, taking into account the status of the law and legal precedents.
Born 1953 in New York City, Mr. Lampert moved with his family to Miami Beach in 1966 and has lived in South Florida since. He graduated from Florida State University in 1975 with his Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Government and from the University of Florida College of Law in 1978 with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Mr. Lampert passed the Florida Bar Exam in 1978 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Attorney Lampert sits on, and has been past Vice-Chairman of, the Small Claims Rules Committee of The Florida Bar, and has been past Chairman of the Palm Beach County Bar Association County Court Civil Practice Advisory Committee and Small Claims Court Clinic Committee. He has been a member of the Craig S. Barnard chapter of American Inns of Court since September, 2006 and last year served as Co-Chair of the Program Committee.
